Shackle for 3 - hole washer SSG 7130
This edition differs from the previous one in that the dimension series has been increased by Dk 711-1219. The B dimension for nos 1 and 2 has been revised. New material designations, standard references and the max. permitted load value has been added. Shackles according to this standard are used as elements for supports and guides for vertical pipes as per SSG 7005.
Construction
Shackle made of plates SSG 7131E, bolts ISO 4014 and nuts ISO 4032.
Material and strength
Plates of steel S235JRG2 as per SS-EN 10 025 - (SS steel 1312). Bolts of Strength Class 8.8 as per ISO 898/1. Nuts of Strength Class 8 as per ISO 898/2.
Surface treatment
Plates to be hot-dip galvanized as per SS-EN ISO 1461. Bolts and nuts to be hot-dip galvanized Fe/Zn 45 as per SS-EN ISO 10684.
