“Leningrad Metal Plant” Co. Ltd is more than 7 years in the market of manufacture and delivery of steel constructions for industrial, major and field pipelines. Its line of goods includes: pipeline supports, hanger supports and constructions, springs, spring- and supporting blocks, supporting units and constructions which are produced according to Russian market most relevant standards, and also according to customer’ drawings. We use carbon steels of ordinary quality, low-alloy steel for exploitation of pipelines at low temperature conditions and stainless steel.

We got Gazprom certificate: Products supporting units and constructions have been successfully certified and put in serial production. All certificates could be found at the relevant sections of this web-site.

Two important events in the company life: Firstly, we got certificate which verifies that we are ready to use qualified procedure of welding according to the regulations РД 03-б15-03.

Materials used in the production

We use standard quality rolled section steel for production of pipeline support, for exploitation of products under low temperature conditions, we use low-alloy steel, also as stainless and heat-resistant steel.

Production technology

Our production of pipelines support is a full production cycle of such metal constructions. According to the technological regulations, normative control of incoming material is suitable for products (steel plate, pipes, rolled steel). Also we take charge of welding materials. Whole production cycle is maintained on modern equipment by highly qualified personnel under control of engineer staff.

Production cycle consists of: metal die-cutting on die-cutting machines, cutting of metal on strip cutter, cutting on band saw machines. Special presses allow producing clamps of good quality for supports.
