Welded block supports (KP) designed for mounting of steel pipelines of different diameters and different purposes. Manufactured in accordance with the OST 146-88-36 (support of steel pipelines to 10 Mpa).

KP-A11 support (A21) from Du57 to Du159, may be used as movable and fixed supports, and Du630 only as mobile supports.

Supports are designed to fix the tubes from carbon and low-alloy steel in the construction of pipelines, transporting substances with a temperature from 0 to + 450 C and pressure up to 10 Mpa at ambient temperatures down to minus 70 C. Design body is made of stamped bracket with welded rib. A case can be made in welded design.

Designation

An example of schematic symbol type KP A21 of VS-type steel or pipeline Du 530: 530 KP- A21- VS –OST 36-146-88. The same is for welded body: 530KP-AS21-VS-OST36 -146-88.
