Friction joint SSG 7055
This edition differs from the previous one in that the dimension series has been extended with Dk 711 - 1219. New material designations and standard references have been introduced. Friction joints according to this standard are used to attach spring support SSG 7050 to beam SSG 7030 in supports and guides as per SSG 7005.
Construction
Friction joints made of bolt to ISO 4014, nut to ISO 4032 and square washer type 4BB.
Material and strength
Bolt of Strength Class 8.8 as per ISO 898/1. Nut of Strength Class 8 as per ISO 898/2. Washers of steel to EN 10 025 - S235JRG2 (SS steel 1312).
Surface treatment
Bolt and nut to be hot-dip galvanized Fe/Zn 45 as per SS-EN ISO 10684. Washers to be hot-dip galvanized to SS-EN ISO 1461.
