Anchorage clamp half SSG 7080
This edition mainly differs from the previous in that the dimension series has been increased with Dk 711-1219. The screw lengths have been adjusted and new material designations and standard references have been introduced. Material recommendations at high temperatures have been introduced. Anchorage clamps are supplied as galvanized unless otherwise stated. Anchorage clamp halves according to this standard are used as elements for types 3, 9, 10 and flexible support SSG 7005E - Type 34 as well as anchorage SSG 7005 - Type 38. This is also used for types 1, 4, 5, 17 and 18 as the temperature exceeds 350°C.
Construction
Fixing clamp half, made of clamp half SSG 7075E and reinforcement made of square bar or strip.
Material
S235JRG2 according to SS-EN 10 025 (SS steel 1312). At temperatures above 350°C the screw connection may be manufactured in heat-resistant material and the material in the pipe clamps must be compatible with the pipe material.
Surface treatment
Pipe clamps must be galvanized according to SS-EN ISO 1461. Screws and nuts are galvanized Fe/Zn 45 according to SS-EN ISO 10684. As the temperature exceeds 200°C we do not recommend galvanizing as the properties of the zinc deteriorate strongly and the outer surface becomes brittle.
